Ham & Vegetable Casserole

Great recipe for left-over Easter Ham or use a ham steak on the off-season. 


Ingredients:

Ham (chopped) 

1- 16 oz. Package of Pasta (Rotini)

1 Package Frozen Mixed Vegetables

1- 16 oz. Container Cottage Cheese

1- 8 oz. Container Sour Cream 

1-2 tsp. Dill Weed


Boil pasta. Cook mixed vegetables.

In a large bowl mix pasta and vegetables with cottage cheese and sour cream. 

Add 1-2 teaspoons of dill weed and stir.  

Bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes.  

Serve.
